In the field of Didactics and Training, the University intends to support the general objectives through a constant and systematic expansion and updating of its training offer with a focus on innovative, attractive courses in line with changes in society and the work, which reflect the most advanced disciplinary knowledge, also in connection with the University's post-graduate training offer. To facilitate the acquisition of students' transversal skills, also in order to facilitate their insertion into the world of work, the University promotes the participation by students in internships and curricular internships, co-designed with institutions/bodies/companies in agreement, preparatory and functional to outgoing orientation and job placement actions. Furthermore, in order to meet the needs of students who have difficulty in attending frontal lectures, initiatives for the definition of e-learning and blended teaching offer are envisaged in the new University Didactic Regulations. The strengthening of internationalization is supported by a constant expansion of the training offered in English and by the offer of international courses, double or joint degrees. Finally, an important aspect in the implementation of policies concerns the commitment to the strengthening and simplification of online services for students by supporting the dematerialization of administrative documents.
